Their farm, located in the province of Imperia, in the heart of the Riviera dei Fiori, is dedicated to cultivating edible flowers and aromatic plants with care and respect for nature.
Most of the production takes place in greenhouses, using biological soil, zero-residue methods, and no pesticides — ensuring that every bloom reflects the purity of its natural origins.

The experience begins with a guided presentation introducing you to the fascinating world of edible flower varieties.
You’ll learn how these delicate blooms are grown, how to recognize them in nature, and how to use them safely and creatively in the kitchen.
